Design 2182 Mandrake
Mandrake was designed as an all-out Admiral's Cup racing yacht with a bias for light weather performance in anticipation of some Mediterranean sailing. As a result displacement is moderate and sail area is generous. She was constructed of aluminum by the Walter Huisman Shipyard of Holland and launched in 1974. Notably she won the Middle Sea Race of that same year.
Three boats were built to this design, including Palynodie VI.
Here are the plans.

LWL 36'-6"
Beam 12'-10"
