Design 2583 Quarta Santa Maria
Quarta Santa Maria (Foreground)
As a follow up to my posting of yesterday regarding sailing yacht Luja, this 82' sloop is a sister to her. Built by Cantiere Sangermani, she was launched in 1992. Because she is significantly different, she was assigned a new design number. The same hull was used and the impetus was the fact all of the jigs were available for the transverse hull framing. This provided significant savings in her construction costs.
Here are the plans.
And a few interior images.

Please note her length overall is listed as 3" longer than Luja. This is due to the additional freeboard required to achieve a flush deck boat extended her length (along her bow profile).
